Privacy policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Plate Brokers S.A., with offices in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about this policy, write to mail@pbrokers.com.ar.
2. What data we receive
When you fill in a contact or quote form we receive the data you enter: name, company, email, phone number, shipment details (cargo type and volume, ports, destination, dates, temperature, packaging) and your message. We also record technical data about the submission: IP address, browser, language, and date and time.
3. What we use it for
- Answering your inquiry and preparing the quote or information you request.
- Keeping a record of the inquiries received.
- Protecting the site against spam and abuse.
We do not sell your data or use it to send you advertising you have not asked for.
4. Who we share it with
Only with the providers that make the site possible: the hosting and email service (Ferozo / DonWeb) and Cloudflare, which provides the anti-bot check (Turnstile). We may share data with third parties if required by law or by a competent authority.
5. How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle them and maintain the business relationship, or as required by applicable regulations.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how many people visit it and which sections they view. It is only activated if you click Accept in the cookie notice; until then no measurement cookie is loaded or stored. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and receives usage data in aggregate form. We do not use the cookies for personalized advertising.
You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you reject, the measurement cookies are removed. Cloudflare's anti-bot check may use its own browser storage when you fill in the forms, for security purposes.
7. Your rights
As the data subject you have the right to access, rectify and update your data and to request its deletion, under Argentine Law No. 25.326 on Personal Data Protection. To exercise these rights, write to mail@pbrokers.com.ar.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority of Law No. 25.326, is entitled to handle complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
